Residential Care & Support
Northpointe's residential services provide a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for adults who require more intensive support than outpatient services can provide. Our residential programs are designed to promote stability, skill-building, and a path toward greater independence.
Residents receive individualized care plans, access to clinical services, and support with daily living activities. Our staff work alongside residents to help them develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible in the community.
For information about our residential settings including Crisis Residential, Adult Foster Care, and Supported Independent Living, please visit our Residential Settings page or contact us directly.
Who Is Eligible?
Residential services are available to adults with serious mental illness or developmental disabilities who are enrolled with Northpointe and have been determined to need this level of care through a clinical assessment. Eligibility is based on Medicaid enrollment and clinical need.
