Programs Offered
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured, multi-day-per-week treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient or residential care. IOP combines individual therapy, group counseling, psychoeducation, and skill-building to help individuals address mental health and substance use challenges while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities.
Evidence-Based Practices
Northpointe is committed to delivering care grounded in the best available research. Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused CBT, and others — to ensure that the treatment you receive is proven effective and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Trauma-Informed Care
All Northpointe services are delivered through a trauma-informed lens. Our staff are trained to recognize the widespread impact of trauma and to create safe, supportive environments where individuals feel respected and empowered. Trauma-informed care is woven into our policies, practices, and every interaction — ensuring that healing, not re-traumatization, guides the work we do.
Court-Ordered Evaluations
Northpointe provides professional mental health evaluations for individuals referred by the courts. Our licensed clinicians conduct thorough assessments to assist the judicial system in making informed decisions regarding treatment, competency, and community safety. Evaluations are completed in a timely manner and meet all applicable legal and clinical standards.
Family Psychoeducation
Evidence-based education and support for families of individuals living with serious mental illness.
